Lemurian Crystals - where do they come from

Many claims have been made that the original Lemurian crystals were discovered in Serra do Cabral in Parana, but as a crystal specialist who has many books on the matter, I have yet to find one book or document that says that Lemurians were discovered in such location first.

For starters, quartz crystals take millions of years to grow. After which they were chosen by the Lemurians (Sidhe) and programmed some thousands of years ago. A time far lost in the past and not connected in any way with our modern mining. Who is to know which pocket of crystals the Lemurians chose to program first?

Going back to modern times, as a crystal collector I have seen pre war Lemurian specimens from Diamantina, not labeled as Lemurians but, they were Lemurians. Specimens older than any possible claim made when Lemurian Crystals started to be used for healing and wisdom aids in recent times.

As historical background it is important to know that quartz started to be mined in earnest in the time of WWII from many locations. In Brazil the main location was Minas Gerais (Diamantina) because of the clarity and quality of the crystals. Serra do Cabral was not even mentioned in the records of crystal exporters at that time. This means that the legitimacy of the claim of the first Lemurians found is unlikely to be historically accurate for Lemurians were found much before in Minas Gerais and used to make radio transmitters for the war.

In truth no one knows when Lemurians started to appear first into our modern world because Brazil had a very different way of exporting quartz in the past. Lemurians are classified as quartz in export documents even today and not as Lemurians. Being the term 'Lemurian crystal' a Metaphysical term and not a commercial term.

This means that there is no documentation to verify when Lemurians appeared first and from where.

I think is best to buy and collect what one feels will work best personally putting aside claims or counter claims of the 'first discovered'. 

My personal preference is for Lemurians from Minas Gerais. I think the energy of Lemurians from Diamantina is incredible. Maybe it is because there is phenakite and other high frequency crystals in the soil. Instead the Lemurians from Serra do Cabral have anatase thus their frequency is very different.

Energy is the most important thing to consider in metaphysical terms. Thus the best advise would be to buy what does resonates with you. Whether you choose a Diamantina frequency which is quite clear and uplifting or a Serra do Cabral which is muted because of the anatase, it should be because you feel is right for you and not because of claims that would be extremely difficult to support with documentation.

However the most important thing to remember is that Lemurians are called Lemurians because they were programmed by our ancestors, the Lemurians or Sidhe, to helps us remember who we are and attune to the earth with whom we should live in harmony.
